- Primary responsibility includes Organizing, Planning, controlling, and Implementing (real-
estate) project-specific sales.
- Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective brokers & their buyers.
- Source properties directly and indirectly, implementing effective marketing strategies for both
channels.
- Identify high-demand projects through proactive scouting for new opportunities.
- Manage the entire buyer journey from initiation to completion.
- Cultivate strong channel partner relationship by endorsing Brand Name and their
products.
- Coordinate site visits with prospective brokers and their buyers and enables deal closure.
- Motivating broker partners to close sales
- Identifying new client opportunities through brokers in the market and making available
property databases of the area.
- Catering to clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal
visits.
- Must have experience in real estate closing sales, attending clients at the site, and closing
