  • Primary responsibility includes Organizing, Planning, controlling, and Implementing (real-

estate) project-specific sales.

  • Discuss and follow up on opportunities with prospective brokers & their buyers.
  • Source properties directly and indirectly, implementing effective marketing strategies for both

channels.

  • Identify high-demand projects through proactive scouting for new opportunities.
  • Manage the entire buyer journey from initiation to completion.
  • Cultivate strong channel partner relationship by endorsing Brand Name and their

products.

  • Coordinate site visits with prospective brokers and their buyers and enables deal closure.
  • Motivating broker partners to close sales
  • Identifying new client opportunities through brokers in the market and making available

property databases of the area.

  • Catering to clients as per their needs from the available database by calling and personal

visits.

  • Must have experience in real estate closing sales, attending clients at the site, and closing
